- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I stood from 7.45am this morning until 8.30am awaiting opening surgery as i had just come off 3 ttnights on night duty and Dr George O Neill opens surgery early on Tuesdays, to be told by Cathy the receptionist its notour week for open surgery you have to go to Springfield Road you should have checked website we now do open surgery alternate weeks unless your a regular client at the Drs or a mind reader there is and was no prior knowledge of this nor was i ever aware i could get surgery access on line i definitely would not recommend this surgery to anyone and would change to a different G.P only im too old to start this change now and realise would another G.P make any difference its the downfall of the Health Service, and joys of being a National Health Service ClientBy Admin, February 04, 2017
